Sourcing Specialist

Part-time (potential for full)

Start Date: ASAP
What you’ll be doing: Helping our seasoned recruiters find the best candidates—and building valuable career skills while you do. You’ll use social networking sites like LinkedIn to generate a pipeline of candidates each week for active searches within our office.
Qualifications:You’ll need self-confidence, perseverance, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to find and attract the best candidates. We work under tight deadlines so a sense of urgency and close attention to detail are critical. The best sourcing specialists also have a deep desire to learn and the ability to quickly absorb and implement new knowledge.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates on a weekly basis
  • Compile reports and present your findings to the team
  • Connect with potential candidates via email and other digital tools
  • Master the programs we use and build your professional skills
  • Demonstrate you can work effectively independently and on a team
  • Manage several ongoing projects at once

Search Partner

Full-time (franchise – see below)

Recruitment Consultant

Full-time

Start Date: ASAP
What you’ll be doing: Finding, qualifying and recruiting talented people in positions where they can thrive. Working in an exciting and fast-paced environment. Identify search assignments and strategize solutions for each position with hiring managers and sales VPs. Advocating for qualified candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience. Must be a confident, motivated person with a strong work ethic, solid written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to close the full cycle from candidate prospecting to hire. Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and various productivity and recruiting platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business in a professional and conscientious manner
  • Manage many ongoing assignments, monitor progress throughout
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Work effectively on your own and as part of a team
  • Develop new opportunities to expand your recruiting desk

Recruiting Training Manager

Full-time

Start Date: ASAP
What you’ll be doing: Building successful and dynamic teams. Hiring, training, and coaching exceptional recruiters, researchers, and account managers. Creating effective training materials and evaluating individual and team progress. And working with management to assess new hires, prepare them for their roles, and improve their sales and negotiation skills.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter Training Specialist or Inside Sales Manager. Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with a proven ability to get participants excited about the subjects you share. Ability to adapt training techniques to various learning styles. Must be a self-directed and self-motivated individual who can work well with senior management and entry-level staff alike. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. And a strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and orient new recruiters and account managers.
  • Conduct initial needs analysis.
  • Develop training components and training plans for new and current recruiters.
  • Develop a learn-by-doing curriculum to acquire new skills, strategies, and behaviors
  • Develop performance policies, training methods and metrics of evaluation.
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions
  • Observe recruiting calls and interactions to customize training for individuals.
  • Customize training techniques to meet the unique demands of certain accounts.
  • Collect feedback on training programs and create reports
  • Maintain updated training materials, curricula.
  • Recommend budget for training events and monitor costs.
  • Stay updated with current recruiting trends, technology/tools, and the industry.
