Recruiting Training Manager
Full-time
- Onboard and orient new recruiters and account managers.
- Conduct initial needs analysis.
- Develop training components and training plans for new and current recruiters.
- Develop a learn-by-doing curriculum to acquire new skills, strategies, and behaviors
- Develop performance policies, training methods and metrics of evaluation.
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions
- Observe recruiting calls and interactions to customize training for individuals.
- Customize training techniques to meet the unique demands of certain accounts.
- Collect feedback on training programs and create reports
- Maintain updated training materials, curricula.
- Recommend budget for training events and monitor costs.
- Stay updated with current recruiting trends, technology/tools, and the industry.
